Arena Pony Dressage
A correct, balanced position matters once your young rider takes flatwork and first tests seriously. The close contact feel keeps them connected to the pony, the cosy seat keeps them comfortable, and a movable front Flexibloc with a padded knee insert supports their leg.
European leather and a wipe-clean lining keep it smart for shows and simple to care for, and the Arena Pony Dressage Saddle Pad suits it for schooling.
For your pony's comfort, this saddle includes HART
Horse and Rider Technology is the epitome of comfort with the added practicality of being fully adjustable, so your young rider and their pony are presentation perfect throughout their journey.
Size Guide
The chart shows the main measurements of the Arena Pony Dressage for each seat size. Use it to compare with the saddle your young rider uses now.
For your young rider
- Seat size depends on their build, the length of their thigh and the riding they do, so compare with a saddle they already find comfortable.
- If they are between sizes, try both if you can, or ask your saddle fitter or stockist.
For your pony
- Fit is about comfort, balance and how your pony moves, not one number on a chart, so we would always start with a qualified saddle fitter you trust.
- The width can be changed with the EASY-CHANGE Gullet System, so you or your saddle fitter can adjust it as your pony changes shape.
Measurements are a guide only. They are rounded to the nearest 0.5 cm and then converted to inches, and the organic shape of saddlery means small differences between pieces are normal.

Which riser pack fits the Arena Pony Dressage?
Pony saddles use the EASY-CHANGE Riser System: Pony/Jump Pack. The Standard Pack and Standard Starter Pack are not suitable for pony saddles. Can the saddle be adjusted as my pony changes shape?
Yes. You or your saddle fitter can swap the gullet to change the width of the Elastiflex tree, and use risers to change the depth of the panel to alter the balance. Both changes can be reversed. Can I adjust the CAIR cushions myself?
No. The CAIR cushions are never adjusted themselves. Changes to panel depth and balance are made with risers in a separate pocket, and breaking the CAIR security tape voids the warranty. -
